Diet is very important part of our life, the whole life depends upon the diet we choose and how take it. In normal life or common man’s life he is not very careful about his diet and by passing time they get lazy and look fatty. In our society where we are busy to do our own work or business and we do not have enough time to take care our dietary plan, so, the result is we lose our stamina and shape and Get fit.





If we do workout daily then automatically we eat balanced diet and it makes us strong and good working too. If you have no time for gym or workout then you must check your diet and think what you eat and what you drink, don’t drink alcohol, soft drinks (cola) or any other sweet and citric acid drink that makes you lazy and fatty, and you can eat protein and eggs are the best source of protein meat also best for protein. White meat (fish) is the healthiest food in the healthy foods of the world.


Eat vegetables, boiled rice, chapati and drink enough water for your perfect body. Fruits are also very beneficial for health they help very quick and in a positive way to enhance your stamina and maintain your body’s fat.
